Kingfisher (Arlington, TX)

Located in the southern part of Arlington, TX, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home within the DFW area. This beautiful, comfortable dwelling will serve as your home away from home! It is located only nine miles from AT&T Stadium (Home of the Cowboys). This home is close to indoor, and outdoor fast-food restaurants, shopping centers, theaters, an amusement park, sports venues and so much more.

The space

Make yourself comfortable in an open-concept living room/kitchen layout. Enjoy the outdoors? Relax on the back patio and enjoy cooking with the complementary charcoal grill. 

The Master bedroom and bath provide plenty of space to retire for the night. There is also a Smart TV, desk, chair, dresser, and walk-in closet for storage.

The second bedroom sleeps two in a comfy king-sized bed, night table, chair, Smart TV and dresser.

The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed, dresser, and Smart TV. 

The fourth room has a full bed, dresser, Smart TV and closet.

The hall closet and pantry will not be accessible to guests.

Guest access

Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. This is our personal residence and we are friends with the neighbors. Please only park in the driveway and respect the neighbors.

Other things to note

Situated in a great community, you are close to Big League of Dreams, Hawaiian Falls, and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the day at AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, or Globe Life Field (just a short 20-minute drive.) Located between Downtown Dallas and Downtown Fort Worth you will be less than 30 miles from all the big city action.
